Abstract:Objective To study the value of digestive endoscopy technologyin the early diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors(DTT). Methods 88 patients with DTT were selected and randomly divided into a digestive endoscopy Group(n=44)and a traditional group(n=44).The traditional group received traditional endoscopyexamination and surgical open surgery treatment, while the digestive endoscopy group received digestive endoscopyexamination and endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)treatment. The positive detection rate of DTT,image quality score, perioperative index and incidence of complications of the two groupswere compared. Results The positive detection rate of DTT in the digestive endoscopy group 95.45%(42/44)was higher than that in the traditional group 68.18%(30/44)(P<0.05);Compared with the traditional group, the imaging scores of morphology, capillaries and gastric foveaclassification in the digestive endoscopy group were all lower(P<0.05);Compared with the traditional group, the operation time and hospitalization days of the digestive endoscopy group were shorter, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05);The incidence of complications of the digestive endoscopy group 2.27%(1/44)was lower than that of the traditional group(18.18%(8/44)(P<0.05). Conclusion In the early diagnosis and treatment of DTT,digestive endoscopytechnology can improve the image quality and positive detection rate, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, decrease the occurrence risk of adverse events after operation, shorten the length ofhospital stay, and have outstanding clinical diagnosis and treatment value.
