| Practice and Analysis of the Drug Traceability Code Management System in Hospital Drug Warehouses |

Abstract Objective To explore the practical effect of drug warehouse implementation of "code scanning warehousing+traceability management" mode,and to provide reference for optimizing drug traceability management system. Methods Taking the hospital's drug warehouse as the research object,a comparative analysis was conducted on the data changes in three dimensions:warehousing efficiency,error rate,and traceability code data upload before and after the application of the drug traceability management system.A month-on-month analysis method was adopted for data evaluation. Results Compared with the traditional warehousing mode,the introduction of the drug traceability management system has significantly improved the efficiency of drug warehousing(P<0.05),greatly reduced the error rate of warehousing(P<0.05),and ensured the real-time and accuracy of the data upload of drug traceability codes and the issuance by pharmacists. Conclusion The application of the drug scanning code traceability management system optimizes the work process of the drug warehouse and significantly improves the information management level of the drug warehouse traceability system.
