| Comparative Study of Efficacy and Safety of Titanium Clip and Nylon rope in the Removal of Large Intestine Thick Pedicled Polyps Under Colonoscopy |

Abstract Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of titanium clip and nylon rope in the removal of large intestine thick pedicled polyps under colonoscopy.Methods A total of 110 patients with large intestine thick pedicled polyps were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Control group was treated with titanium clip under colonoscopy and observation group was treated with nylon rope under colonoscopy.The surgical efficacy was compared between the two groups,and the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,discharge time and postoperative intestinal recovery time were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of postoperative blood loss,postoperative infection and bowel perforation were counted in the two groups.The patients were followed up at 6 months after surgery,and the recurrence of polyps was counted in the two groups.Results The success rate of surgery in observation group was higher than that in control group（87.27% vs 70.91%）（P<0.05）.The discharge time and postoperative intestinal recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group（P<0.05）.There were no significant differences in the recurrence rate of polyps at 6 months after surgery and the incidence rates of postoperative complications between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion Compared with titanium clip,nylon rope for removal of large intestine thick pedicled polyps under colonoscopy can improve the success rate of surgery and shorten the hospital stay.
