| Analysis of the effect of Tongqiao Biyan granules combined with desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis |

Abstract Objective To study the efficacy of Tongqiao Biyan granules combined with desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitiswere selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desloratadine,while the observation group was treated with Tongqiao?Biyan?granules combined with desloratadine.The medication information of the two groups was investigated for 1 month.The immunological indexes,RQLQ,SFAR score and effective treatment rate of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the safety was evaluated.Results The effective treatment rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）,and the differences in serum lgE,INF-γ,IL-4,and IL-6 before and after treatment were also significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The RQLQ and SFAR scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the RQLQ and SFAR scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment.There were significant differences between the two groups（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusions Tongqiao Biyan granules combined with desloratadine has better efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,can relieve clinical symptoms,regulate immunological indicators,improve the quality of life of patients,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of application and promotion.
