| Effect of Naikan Therapy Combined With Duloxetine on Clinical Efficacy and Social Function of Patients With Depression |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naikan therapy combined with duloxetine on clinical efficacy and social function of patients with depression.Methods 68 patients with depression treated were selected as test subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group with 34 cases each according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with duloxetine only,and the study group was treated with Naikan therapy on the basis.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the subjective sleep quality（PSQI,SDS,SAS） and social function improvement（SFRS） of patients in both groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the PSQI,SDS,SAS,and SFRS indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group at the same time（P<0.05）.Conclusion Duloxetine combined with Naikan therapy can improve subjective sleep quality and clinical symptoms in patients with depression,and significantly improve social function.
