美托洛尔联合心脉隆治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

Abstract Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Metoprolol combined with Xinmailong injection in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30),both groups were given routine treatment,on this basis,the control group was received Metoprolol treatment,the observation group was given Metoprolol combined with Xinmailong injection,the course was lasted for 15 days.The levels of cardiac function indexes(LVEDD,LVEF),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and high-sensitivity troponin(cTnI)levels before and 15 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 days of treatment,the LVEF of both groups increased compared with that before treatment,while LVEDD decreased compared with before treatment.The LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVEDD was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 days of treatment,the levels of cTnI and NT-proBNP in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Xinmailong injection has a good effect on patients with chronic heart failure,which can effectively improve the heart function of patients and promote the recovery of myocardium.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
