| Analysis of First aid Effect of Urapidil Hydrochloride on Patients With Hypertensive Crisis |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of urapidil hydrochloride on patients with hypertensive crisis.Methods 86 patients with hypertensive crisis who were received were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the blind sampling method,with 43 cases each.The control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside,and the observation group was treated with urapidil hydrochloride.The changes at 10,30 and 60 minutes after using drugs in blood pressure [systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],heart rate(HR),and clinical efficacy after 60 minutes of medication were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SBP,DBP,and HR between the two groups(P>0.05);10min,30min,and 60min after medication,compared with before medication,the SBP,DBP,and HR of the two groups were reduced,and compared with the control group of the same period,the observation group was lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);60 minutes after medication,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil hydrochloride has a good first-aid effect on patients with hypertensive crisis and can effectively improve their blood pressure and heart rate levels.
