| Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Gastric Perforation in Patients With Gastric Ulcer Cancer and Fungal Infection |

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic gastric perforation repair in patients with gastric ulcer(GU)cancer and fungal infection.Methods A total of 90 patients with GU and fungal infections were selected.The random number table method was used to divide them into observation group and control group,each with 45 cases.The control group received radical gastrectomy and the observation group received laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation.Compare the efficacy,clinical treatment-related indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 77.78% of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,hospitalization time,1w postoperative fungal detection rate,and VAS of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.11%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic gastric perforation repair for patients with GU cancer and fungal infection can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten operation time,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time,reduce pain,and have significant effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
