| Correlation Between Color Doppler Ultrasound Blood Flow Parameters and Pregnancy Outcome in Scar Uterus |

Abstract Objective To study the correlation between color Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters and pregnancy outcome in scar uterus.Methods 62 cases of uterine scar pregnancy again,as the observation group,and 60 cases of uterine scar pregnancy again as the control group,using color doppler ultrasonic detection of uterine artery(UTA)pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI),systolic/diastolic peak flow velocity(S/D),and follow-up the pregnancy outcome,wai begat outcome can be divided into adverse pregnancy outcome group(n=35)and normal pregnancy outcome group(n=25),Meanwhile,the correlation between PI,RI,S/D and pregnancy outcome of UTA was analyzed.Results The UTA values of PI,RI and S/D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The UTA values of PI,RI and S/D in the adverse pregnancy outcome group were higher than those in the normal pregnancy outcome group(P<0.05).Birth weight,PH of umbilical artery,Apgar score and placental weight in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that UTA PI,RI,S/D were negatively correlated with birth weight,umbilical artery PH,Apgar score and placental weight(P<0.05).Conclusion The UTA resistance index measured by color Doppler ultrasonography in women with scar uterus repregnancy can be used to evaluate pregnancy outcome and is negatively correlated with pregnancy outcome.
