Observation on the Effect of Air Wave Pressure Circulation Therapy Device for Preventing Deep Vein Thrombosis in Cesarean Section |

Abstract Objective To study the effect of pulsed air wave pressure therapy on the prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in women undergoing cesarean section.Methods 98 cases of the study sample were selected from the cesarean section women admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to September 2020.The included cases were divided into analysis group (n=49) and normal group (n=49) by randomized grouping method.Carry out routine postoperative intervention for the parturients in the normal group,and carry out the pulse air wave pressure therapy instrument + routine postoperative intervention for the parturients in the analysis group.Comparative analysis of the coagulation function,swelling and pain of the lower extremities,deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities,and swelling of the lower extremities were compared and analyzed.Results The plasma levels of Fib,TT,APTT and D dimer in the analysis group were lower than those in the normal group,and the PT level was higher than that in the normal group (P<0.05);there was no deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs in the two groups,but the normal group The incidence of lower extremity swelling and pain (22.45%) was significantly higher than that of the analysis group (4.08%) (P<0.05);the reduction of swelling of the lower extremities after treatment in the analysis group was better than that of the normal group (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of pulsed air wave pressure therapy in cesarean section women can effectively improve the patient's blood coagulation function,reduce the risk of lower extremity swelling and pain,and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,which has high promotion and application value.
