| A Comparative Study of Effects of Standard Triple Therapy and Sequential Triple Therapy on the Levels of Serum Inflammatory Factors in Children Patients With Hp Infection |

Abstract Objective To observe the effects of standard triple therapy and sequential triple therapy on the levels of serum inflammatory factors in children patients with Hp infection.Methods The clinical data of 171 children patients with Hp infection were reviewed.According to different drug regimens,they were divided into the control group (84 cases,treated with standard triple therapy drugs) and the experimental group (87 cases,treated with sequential triple therapy drugs).The serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8) and total effective rate,Hp eradication rate and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 of the two groups of patients were decreased,and the levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (91.95% vs.79.76%) (P<0.05),and the eradication rate was higher than that in the control group (90.80% vs.66.67%)(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 9.20% in the experimental group and was 14.29% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Sequential triple therapy has better treatment effects than standard triple therapy for children patients with Hp infection,and it can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and it is safe and effective and is worthy of clinical promotion.
