Abstract  Objective To explore the effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and modified small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stones. Methods Using a clinical controlled study,148 patients with gallbladder stones who underwent elective cholecystectomy were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized block method with 74 cases in each group. The control group received modified small incision cholecystectomy, whereas the observation group received transumbilical single-hole cholecystectomy. The surgical effect and surgical satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss and time of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the difference in surgical time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The percentage of patients with AS pain score≥ 5 points in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the percentage of postoperative incision aesthetic satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of satisfactory surgical quality between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively treat gallbladder stones and prompt patients to recover quickly, and it has smaller surgical incision, and its effect is better than modified small incision cholecystectomy.
