Results The urination rate, detoo urination abnormality rate and FSFI score were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the residual urine volume of the bladder after surgery was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the urethra retention time, detoating time, exhaust time, and hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group(P<05). Conclusion The extensive hysterectomy treatment of retaining pelvic autologous nerve in patients with cervical cancer has a significant effect, which can reduce the effect on postoperative sexual function and improve bladder function.
