| Effect of RT PA Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy on Acute Cerebral Infarction In Different Age Groups |

Abstract Objective To compare the efficacy of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator（RT PA）intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction at different ages. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction aged 76~91 who received RT PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy were retrospectively analyzed;The clinical data of 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction aged 60~75 who received RT PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy in the same period were included in group B;The curative effects of the two groups at the end of 7 days were compared;The laboratory indexes [D-Dimer（D-D）,fibrinogen（FIB）] of the two groups before treatment and at the end of 7 days were compared;Adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results At the end of 7 days,the effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A（P<0.05）;After 7 days of treatment,D-D and FIB of two groups were lower than before treatment,and group B was lower than group A,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）;Conclusion rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy in different age groups has good curative effect,can effectively reduce the D-D,FIB levels,does not increase adverse reactions,has good safety,and the younger the age,the better the therapeutic effect.
