Effects of Hemodialysis on Inflammatory Factors and Renal Function in Diabetic Renal Failure |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis on diabetic renal failure. Methods 70 patients with diabetic renal failure were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine hemodialysis,and the observation group received on-line hemodiafiltration.The levels of inflammatory factors and renal function were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and Inter leukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.638,5.796,19.575,all P=0.000).In observation group,24-hour Urinary Protein Quantity(24hUPQ),Serum creatinine(Scr),CystatinC(cystatin inc)were determined at 24h after treatment.CysC)and Blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve renal function in diabetic renal failure patients,and the effect of on-line hemodiafiltration is better than that of conventional hemodialysis.
