The Effect of GnRH-combined Therapy in Patients with Adenomyosis on Indicators Related to Serum Recurrence |

Abstract The target of adenomyosis and the combination of GnRH-(gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist)and Manchester therapy. Methods 60 adenomyoses were selected,namely control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).Choose the former;on the basis,add GnRH-treat the latter and analyze different methods. Results After treatment,the uterine size,menstrual visual simulation score(VAS)and menstrual blood loss(PBAC)were significantly lower(P<0.05),serum VEGF,MMP-2MMP-9(P<0.05),and complication rate(P<0.05). Conclusion For adenomyosis,the treatment effect of GnRH-a combined with Manchester,is significantly higher than that of Manchester,which can effectively reduce the uterine volume,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and have the final effect of controlling recurrence factors,so as to promote the recovery of patients' condition faster.
