Abstract:Objective To explore the application of microneedle and Fractional RF in the treatment of atrophic?acne scars. Methods A total of 96 patients with atrophic acne scars were selected and divided into a test group(48 cases)and a control group(48 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with microneedle therapy, and the test group was treated with plasma Fractional RF.Efficacy,ECCA score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),ECAA score after treatment was significantly lower than before, and observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, the difference of ECAA in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The pain score and duration of pain, erythema, and scab in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Microneedle and plasma Fractional RF are effective in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Microneedle is safer, and plasma Fractional RF is better for scar repair. The corresponding surgical procedures should be selected according to the different demands of patients.
