Abstract：Objective To investigate the influential factors of cerebral infarction in patients with moyamoya disease after bypass surgery.Methods Clinical data of 42 patients with moyamoya disease who had cerebral infarction after bypass surgery were retrospectively analyzed and included in the incidence group.The clinical data of 42 patients with moyamoya disease without cerebral infarction after bypass surgery were also collected during the same period.The baseline data of patients were consulted and the data required for the study were recorded,and the possible influencing factors were included to analyze the influencing factors that might lead to cerebral infarction in patients with moyamoya disease after bypass surgery.Results There were no significant differences in age,sex,smoking history,drinking history,hyperlipidemia,family history,Suzuki stage,preoperative diastolic blood pressure,surgical method and bypass side between the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group（P>0.05）.The proportion of history of hypertension and diabetes in the occurrence group was higher than that in the non-occurrence group,and the preoperative systolic blood pressure in the occurrence group was higher than that in the non-occurrence group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that history of hypertension,diabetes mellitus and high preoperative systolic blood pressure were risk factors for cerebral infarction in patients with moyamoya disease after bypass surgery（OR>1,P<0.05）.Conclusion The influential factors of cerebral infarction in patients with moyamoya disease after bypass surgery may be hypertension,diabetes mellitus and high preoperative systolic blood pressure.
