Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of salvianolate assisted lung rehabilitation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and its influence on the balance of Th1/Th2 immune response. Methods 80 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,Lung rehabilitation therapy and salvianolate assisted lung rehabilitation therapy were selected, and the balance of Th1/Th2 immune response and lung function were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment, and the improvement time of symptoms, hospitalization time, lung injury rate and mortality rate were evaluated. Results IL-4 and IFN in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group-γ、FEV1,FVC and fef75% in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),The rate of ventilator-associated lung injury was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of salvianolate assisted lung rehabilitation in patients with AECOPD is significant, which can improve the immune function, enhance the lung function of patients, and improve the treatment effect.
