地诺孕素药物治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症对囊肿直径、相关疼痛和卵巢储备的影响

摘要目的评估地诺孕素药物治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症对囊肿直径、相关疼痛和卵巢储备的影响,如用窦卵泡计数（AFC）和抗苗勒管激素（AMH）测量。方法选取32例患者均接受了6个月的地诺孕素药物治疗。在治疗前和治疗6个月结束时比较患者囊肿直径、受影响卵巢的 AFC个数、不受影响卵巢的AFC个数、AMH以及VAS评分。结果治疗前的囊肿直径（4.05±0.75）cm、受影响卵巢的 AFC（4.16±1.66）个,VAS评分（6.80±0.85）分,相比较于治疗6个月结束后的囊肿直径（2.66±0.71）cm、受影响卵巢的 AFC（8.32±2.33）个,VAS评分（0.87±0.54）分,治疗6个月后囊肿直径明显减小,受影响卵巢的 AFC个数明显增多,VAS评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。地诺孕素的药物治疗显著降低了子宫内膜异位症的直径和相关的疼痛,AFC 显著改善,AMH 没有显著变化。结论地诺孕素药物治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症对囊肿直径、相关疼痛和卵巢储备有积极的影响,并且具有良好的耐受性。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effects of drug treatment of ovarian endometriosis on cyst diameter,related pain and ovarian reserve,such as the antral follicle count（AFC）and anti-Müllerian hormone（AMH）measurement.Methods A total of 32 patients were selected and all received 6 months of dienogest.Before treatment and at the end of 6 months of treatment,the patient's cyst diameter,number of AFCs of affected ovaries,number of AFCs of unaffected ovaries,AMH and VAS scores were compared.Results The diameter of the cyst before treatment was（4.05±0.75）cm,the AFC of the affected ovaries（4.16±1.66）,and the VAS score（6.80±0.85）were compared with the diameter of the cyst after 6 months of treatment（2.66±0.71）.）cm,AFC of the affected ovary（8.32±2.33）,VAS score（0.87±0.54）,the diameter of the cyst was significantly reduced after 6 months of treatment,the number of AFCs of the affected ovary was significantly increased,and the VAS score was significantly reduced.And the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Drug treatment with dienogest significantly reduced the diameter and associated pain of endometriosis,AFC was significantly improved,and AMH did not change significantly.Conclusion Our findings indicate that carbocysteine has a positive effect on the frequency and duration of acute attacks in patients with bronchiectasis,and it is well tolerated.
