Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the effect and safety of dinoprostone suppository and oxytocin in term induced labor.Methods 82 pregnant and lying in women were randomLy selected.The pregnant and lying in women were divided into control group and observation group by random number table.The control group(n=41)was given oxytocin,and the observation group(n=41)was given dinoprostol suppository.The effect of labor induction,delivery mode,induced labor time,postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,The birth process of the two groups of naturally delivered pregnant women was compared.Results The effect of induced labor in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of induced labor in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in delivery methods(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the time of induced labor in the observation group was shorter,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(>0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone suppository can effectively shorten the induced labor time,improve the natural labor rate,shorten the labor process,and has high drug safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
