Abstract:Objective To investigate the prognosis of patients with uterine fibroids treated by laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 66 patients with uterine fibroids were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group, including 42 patients in the observation group and 24 patients in the control group.Operation indexes, ovarian function, complications and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, but the time of first anal exhaust, activity time of getting out of bed and observation time of staying in hospital was shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of blood consumed by the operation was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After postoperative follow-up,the SF-36 score in both groups increased, and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, faster postoperative recovery and fewer postoperative complications, which is beneficial to accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients.
