Clinical Value of Urine α1-MG,Urine Transferrin,Serum β2-MG and Cys-C in Early Diagnosis of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of urine α 1-microglobulin(α 1-MG)and serum β 2-microglobulin(β 2-MG),transferrin(TRF)and cystatin(Cys)- C in the early diagnosis of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 95 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into three groups according to the pathological classification：group A(35 cases)with mesangial hyperplasia,group B(31 cases)with capillary type and group C(29 cases)with membranous type;the control group was 32 healthy people in our hospital from June 2020 to September 2020.The levels of urine α1-MG and serum β2-MG,TRF and Cys-C were detected and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of urine α 1-mg,serum TRF,serum β 2-mg and serum Cys-C in group A,B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the levels of above detection indexes in group B and group C were increased(P<0.05).Compared with group A and group B,the levels of above detection indexes in group C were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the positive rates of detection indexes were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the positive rates of detection indexes in group A with group B and group B with group C(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the positive rates of detection indexes in(P>0.05).Compared with group A,the positive rate of detection indexes in group C was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of α - 1mg in urine and β - 2mg,TRF and Cys-C in serum of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis are abnormal.Detection of the above indicators has important clinical value in early diagnosis.
