Abstract：Yuanhu Zhitong Formula is composed of two traditional Chinese medicines,Corydalis Rhizoma and Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,with the effects of regulating qi flow,promoting blood circulation,and relieving pain.This paper systematically reviews the relevant literatures on Yuanhu Zhitong Formula,and summarizes the core pharmacodynamic material basis for its main pharmacological activities such as analgesia,anti-inflammation and anti-tumor.On the basis of summarizing its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects,we further analyze the efficacy-enhancing effect of vinegar processing on Yuanhu Zhitong Formula,aiming to clarify the regulatory law of vinegar processing of single medicinal herbs on the formula.This review provides systematic theoretical reference and research ideas for the elucidation of the scientific connotation of processing,optimization of quality standards,rational clinical application and modern secondary development of Yuanhu Zhitong Formula.
