Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between bone metastasis and serum anti-tartrate acid phosphatase(TRACP),PINP and β-CTX levels in breast cancer patients. Methods The clinical data of 120 breast cancer patients diagnosed and treated were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into study group(occurrence,69 cases) and control group(non-occurrence,51 cases) based on whether tumor metastasis occurred. At the same time, the patients of the study group were divided into three subgroups A,B,and C using the Soloway classification standard. The TRACP,PINP,and β-CTX levels were measured in all patients, and the relationship between the three and bone metastasis was analyzed. Results The serum levels of TRACP,PINP and β-CTX in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the serum levels of the patients in group C were significantly higher than those in group B and group A,and those in group B were higher than group A(P<0.05).Serum levels of TRACP,PINP and β-CTX were positively correlated with the degree of bone metastases in breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions erum levels of TRACP,PINP and β-CTX are positively correlated with the degree of bone metastasis in breast cancer patients, and can provide valuable reference for the diagnosis of bone metastases in breast cancer patients.
