Abstract:Objective The analysis of the treatment of full hip and semi-hip replacement in elderly patients with femur and neck fractures was given to their postoperative hip function and lower limb movement. Methods Retrospective collection of 60 clinical cases of elderly patients with femur and neck fractures admitted, divided into control group and experimental group, each with 30 cases, depending on the mode of surgery.Among them, the control group line semi-hip replacement, the experimental group carried out full hip replacement, the two groups of treatment was compared. Results 3 months after surgery, the hip recovery in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the scores of Fugl Meyer's motion function scoring method(FMA) and daily life self-care ability assessment table(ADL) were both increased, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Full hip replacement can promote the recovery of hip function, and it can also promote the function of lower limbs, which is beneficial to improve the daily life ability of patients.
