厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔在老年心力衰竭患者中的应用价值分析

摘要目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔在老年心力衰竭患者中的疗效。方法选取老年心力衰竭患者74例,按随机数字表法分为联合组（n=37）和单一组（n=37）,单一组予以美托洛尔,联合组予以美托洛尔+厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪。比较2组疗效、B型脑钠肽（BNP）、心率（HR）、6min行走试验、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平和不良反应。结果和单一组72.97%（27/37）相比,联合组总有效率94.59%（35/37）较高（P<0.05）;与单一组相比,治疗后联合组HR较低,6min行走试验较远,BNP、hs-CRP水平较低（P<0.05）;联合组不良反应发生率8.11%（3/37）低于单一组27.03%（10/37）（P<0.05）。结论对老年心力衰竭患者采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,可提高疗效,改善心功能,安全性可靠。

Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods 74 elderly patients with heart failure were selected and divided into a combination group（n=37）and a single group（n=37）according to the random number table method.The single group was given metoprolol,and the combined group was given metoprolol + Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide.The curative effect,B-type brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）,heart rate（HR）,6-min walking test,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 72.97%（27/37）of the single group,the total effective rate of the combined group94.59%（35/37）washigher（P<0.05）;Compared with the single group,the HR of the combined group after treatment was lower,the 6-min walking test was longer,and the levels of BNP and hs-CRP were lower（P<0.05）;The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group 8.11%（3/37）was lower than that in the single group 27.03%（10/37）（P<0.05）.Conclusion Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure can improve the curative effect,improve thecardiac function,and cardiac function,and is safe and reliable.
