Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with perindopril in the treatment of patients with heart failure and its effect on LVEDd and LVESD.Methods 150 patients with heart failure in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with perindopril,and the study group was treated with trimetazidine combined with perindopril.Results The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the improvement of LVESD,LVEDd,LVEF and other indicators of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the improvement of cardiac function classification of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with perindopril in the treatment of patients with heart failure can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and promote the improvement of cardiac function,which can be widely used.
