Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of CO2 dot matrix laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne scar. Methods 116 patients with acne concave scarwere randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with CO2 dot matrix laser alone, and the observation group was treated with CO2 dot matrix laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid. The clinical efficacy, skin barrier function index, VAS pain score, ECCA score, and various treatment indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 89.66%, which was significantly higher than that of control group(65.52%, P< 0.05); After treatment, the skin water loss, erythema value, melanin value and pH value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the water content in the stratum corneum was higher than that in the control group(P; After treatment, VAS pain score and ECCA score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05); The time of scab formation and scab peeling off in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P> 0.05). Conclusion The effect of CO2 dot matrix laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne scar depression is significant, which can effectively improve the skin barrier function, promote the regression of acne scar depression, accelerate the time of scab formation and scab removal, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
