Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of nasal synchronous positive intermittent pressure ventilation(NSIPPV)combined with pulmonary surfactant(PS)on neonates with respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS). Methods 96 neonates with NRDS who were treatedwere randomly divided into two groups by computer numerical table. The control group was treated with NSIPPV, and the observation group was treated with PS on this basis. The clinical efficacy and complications, blood gas analysis indexes before and after treatment and various treatment indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.08%, P< 0.05); The incidence of complications such as pulmonary hemorrhage, ventilator-associated pneumonia, pneumothorax, arrhythmia and retinopathy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05); After treatment, PaO2, SaO2 and OI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05); The time of oxygen therapy, the time of symptom disappearance, the time of hospitalization and the rate of tracheal intubation in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of NSIPPV combined with PS on NRDS neonates is significant, which can effectively improve the blood gas analysis indicators, speed up the remission of the disease, reduce the rate of tracheal intubation and complications, and help improve the prognosis. It has important clinical significance.
