Abstract：Objective To observe the value of transnasal high flow oxygen therapy in bronchoscopy examination of patients with respiratory failure. Methods 60 patients with respiratory failure for bronchoscopy examination were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into groups according to the different oxygen therapy support in bronchoscopy examination.Among them, 30 patients with conventional flow oxygen support were the control group, and 30 patients with nasal high flow oxygen therapy were the study group.To compare the vital signs of patients in different periods of bronchoscopy examination, the rate of adverse events in the examination process, and the rate of successful completion of bronchoscopy examination. Results During the bronchial operation, the oxygen saturation index of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than that of the control group, the rate of adverse events during the operation was lower than that of the control group, and the successful completion rate of bronchoscopy was higher than that of the control group（P< 0.05）. Conclusion In the bronchoscopy examination of respiratory failure, nasal high flow oxygen therapy has a positive impact on the stable vital signs of patients, and can improve the examination rate and reduce adverse events.
