Abstract:Objective To observe the effects and prognosis of different doses of alteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 162 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and divided into the control group(79 cases) and the experimental group(83 cases). They were treated with alteplase at low doses(0.6 mg/kg) and conventional doses(0.9 mg/kg).The results of quality of life(SS-QOL) and stroke scale(NIHSS) assessment, prognosis and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the SS-QOL scores of the two groups increased, and the scores of the experimental group at 1 day and 12 weeks after discharge were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were reduced, and the scores of the experimental group at 1 day of treatment and 12 weeks after discharge were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The good prognosis rate in the experimental group was 80.72%, higher than that in the control group(65.82%)(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was 4.81%, and the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 2.53%.There was no significant difference in comparison. Conclusion Conventional dose alteplase thrombolysis is effective in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. It can effectively improve the quality of life and nerve function, and with high safety.
