Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence factors of ischemic re-perfusion injury(MIRI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) directly through coronary artery intervention therapy(PCI), with the aim of further improving the effect of PCI treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data on 100 AMI patients who received PCI,included MIRI patients in the MIRI group and the remaining patients in the non-MIRI group.Comparing the two groups of general data(age, medical history, infarction site, BMI index, etc.), all possible risk factors for the occurrence of MIRI were included in the variables and assigned to them, and the factors that could have caused mirI influences in PCI were obtained by non-conditional logistic regression analysis. Results MirI 58 cases occurred in 100 patients, accounting for 58.00%(58/100), and no MIRI42 cases, accounting for 42.00%(42/100).58 cases of MIRI occurred were included in the MIRI group, 42 cases of non-MIRI occurred were included in the non-MIRI group, and the possible influence factors were incorporated into the variables and assigned to them, and the results of the non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the patient's chest pain to the IRA opened too early, hypotension and multiple lesions before refilling were the risk factors for the occurrence of MIRI in PCI(OR>1, P<0.05).Conclusion Chest pain to IRA open edgy early, re-injection before low blood pressure and multiple lesions may increase the risk of MIRI in AMI patients PCI, in emergency PCI treatment need to control the above risk factors, in order to obtain the ideal treatment and prognosis effect.
