Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of candisatan and fluoroquine in the treatment of migraines.Methods The 100 migraine patients treated,according to the blind extraction method,divided into a control group（Fluoroquine,49 cases）,observation group（Candisatan,51 cases）,both groups were given regular treatment at the same time,comparing the clinical efficacy,migraine attacks and adverse reaction struck in both groups.Results After treatment,compared with the total efficiency of the control group of 81.63%,the observation group was 96.08% higher.the VAS score,the time of headache attack and the frequency of headache attack were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.compared with 16.33% of the adverse reactions in the control group,and the observation group was slightly lower at 5.88%,but the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion Migraine patients use Candacetan treatment is better,can effectively shorten the frequency and seizure time of headache in patients,reduce the degree of pain,and the incidence of adverse reactions is less,high security.
