Abstract：Objective To observe clinical curative effect of duloxetine and duloxetine combined with aripiprazole on depression.Methods 78 depression patients who were admitted to the hospital were enrolled.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given duloxetine,while observation group was given duloxetine combined with aripiprazole.After 8 weeks of observation,curative effect was compared between the two groups.The score of Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,curative effect,scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）,Quality of Life（QOL） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results On the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th week after treatment,HAMD scores of observation group were higher than those of control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,efficiency rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P<0.05）.PSQI of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,while QOL was significantly higher than that of control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in TESS score between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of duloxetine combined with aripiprazole is better on depression,which can effectively improve their sleep and quality of life,without significant adverse reactions.
