Abstract:Objective To understand the sensitivity and resistance of clinical isolates to common antibiotics in Quanzhou Municipal First Hospital from 2023 to 2025. Methods From January 2023 to December 2025,non-repetitive pathogenic bacteria isolated from various clinical departments of Quanzhou First Hospital were collected. These bacteria were identified and subjected to drug susceptibility analysis using automated instrument methods, mass spectrometry, microbroth dilution, disk diffusion, and E-test methods. Results A total of 18707 nonduplicate isolates were collected for 3 years, including gram-negative bacteria(12478,66.7%)and gram-positive microorganisms(6229,33.3%).The detection rates of S.aureus(MRSA)were 22.4%,teicoplanin(TEC)、Vancomycin(VA)and linezolid(LZD)resistant staphylococci were not isolated.A few vancomycin and LZD resistant strains were identified in Enterococcus. Most of the Enterobacter in our hospital are still highly sensitive to carbapenems. The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to antibiotics other than polymyxin B(PMB)and tigecycline(TGC)is close to or higher than 30%.Carbapenem-resistant H.influenzae strains were not isolated. Conclusion Surveillance of bacterial resistance for 3 years in our hospital suggests that carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales and baumanii are still on the rise.It is necessary to stewardship of antimicrobial agents and strengthen hospital infection control.
