Abstract:Objective To analyze the feasibility of colposcopy-assisted enucleation in pregnantpatients withcervical polyps and to observe the effects on maternal-infant outcomes. Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with pregnancy with cervical polyps in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Those who underwent colposcopy-assisted enucleation during pregnancy were included in observation group(n=50),and those who underwent conservative treatment were included in control group(n=44).The perioperative basic situationwas analyzedin observation group, and the adverse pregnancy outcomes, delivery modes and perinatal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results In observation group, the operative time was(32.34±12.56)h,and the intraoperative blood loss was(48.24±15.24)ml,and the postoperative bleeding duration was(3.24±1.56)h.Within 3d after surgery, there was 1 case(1.82%)of continuous vaginal bleeding and 1 case(2.27%)of postoperative infection. The vaginal delivery rate, adverse pregnancy outcomes, birth weight of perinatal infants and Apgar score at 5min after birth in observation group were slightly higher than those in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy-assisted enucleation for patients with pregnancy withcervical polyps has little effects on delivery modes, adverse pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes. The operation has good safety and is suitable for clinical application.
