腹膜透析联合血液透析对尿毒症患者心功能及营养状态的影响观察

摘要目的观察腹膜透析(PD)联合血液透析(HD)对尿毒症患者心功能及营养状态的影响。方法选取尿毒症患者98例,按随机编号法分成对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组仅以PD治疗,观察组采取PD+HD联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能和营养状态的变化。结果治疗后,观察组的血红蛋白(Hb)含量、白蛋白(Alb)含量以及左心室射血分数(LVEF)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PD联合HD治疗能改善尿毒症患者的心功能和营养状态,值得临床推荐。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of peritoneal dialysis(PD)combined with hemodialysis(HD)on cardiac function and nutritional status in patients with uremia.Methods 98 patients with uremia were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random numbering method,49 cases in each group.The control group were treated with PD only,and the observation group were treated with PD combined with HD.The changes of cardiac function and nutritional status in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin(Hb)and albumin(Alb)levels and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PD combined with HD can improve the cardiac function and nutritional status in patients with uremia.
