Application of Prophylactic Usage of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Combined with Low-molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in Deep Vein Thrombosis of Patients After Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery

Abstract：Objective To observe the application effect of prophylactic usage of Danshen Chuanxiongqin combined with low-molecular weight heparin(LMWH)calcium in deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of patients after femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods Sixty patients who were treated and underwent femoral neck fracture surgery were enrolled.They were divided into observation group(Danshen Chuanxiongqin combined with LMWH calcium)and control group(LMWH calcium)by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The occurrence of postoperative DVT,changes of related indexes,and adverse reactions in both groups were observed.Results After treatment,the difference in incidence of DVT between observation group and control group was not statistically significant(3.33% vs 16.67%)(P>0.05).The improvement of coagulation indexes in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05),and improvement of inflammatory factors was better than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion The application of Danshen Chuanxiongqin combined with LMWH calcium can effectively reduce coagulation risk in patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery,and reduce inflammation level,with good safety.
