Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of loratadine combined with methylprednisolone shock in the treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods A total of 103 children with allergic purpura were retrospectively selected and grouped according to different drug administration.Forty-nine children treated with loratadine alone were included in the single group,and 54 children treated with loratadine combined with methylprednisone were included in the combined group.The clinical efficacy and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined drug group was higher than that of the single drug group,(P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Loratadine combined with methylprednisolone shock is effective in treating children with allergic purpura and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children.
