Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of vitamin AD in the adjuvant treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with vitamin AD.The improvement time of main clinical symptoms,respiratory tract infection times,immune indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the observation group,the time of fever,wheezing,cough and lung rales in the control group were significantly longer than those in the observation group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of respiratory tract infections in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3,immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin A in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly better than 73.33% of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin AD adjuvant treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection has exact clinical effect,not only can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with fever,cough and wheezing,reduce the number of respiratory tract infections,but also significantly improve the immune function of children,which is worthy of promotion and application in pediatric clinical treatment.
