Abstract：Objective To build a new mode of diagnosis and treatment service for grassroots doctor,improve the service ability of grassroots medical institutions,and effectively improve the level and application effectiveness of grassroots medical informatization with the platform of "intelligent doctor assistant".Methods Through the "intelligent doctor assistant" auxiliary diagnosis subsystem,chronic disease intelligent management subsystem,remote consultation system and PAD mobile terminal,the online and offline medical service resources were effectively integrated to improve the level of grassroots medical care.Conclusion through the application of "intelligent medical assistant" in the grass-roots level,the level of grass-roots medical service is promoted,and the people's medical experience is well.
