Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of different radiotherapy modes for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed.31 patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy were included in the control group, and 31 patients with intensity-modulated radiotherapy were included in the observation group. The levels of serum tumor markers and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);during the treatment, the incidence of ≥II radiation pneumonia and ≥ II radiation esophagitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of ≥ II spinal cord depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)There was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,intensity-modulated radiotherapy can reduce the serum tumor markers levels and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
