Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of tubular gastroesophageal anastomosis in radical resection of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 102 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated were enrolled. The random number table method was used to divide them into observation group and control group,51 cases each. The control group was treated with traditional total gastroesophageal anastomosis. The observation group was treated with tubular gastroesophageal anastomosis.Compare the perioperative indicators and postoperative complication rates. Results After treatment, there were no cases of death in the two groups. The gastrointestinal decompression volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative activity time, and lymph node dissection(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complication of anastomotic stenosis, gastric emptying, and pulmonary infection between the two groups(P>0.05),while the incidence of gastroesophageal reflux was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tubular gastroesophageal anastomosis can significantly improve the symptoms of esophageal cancer patients, and the incidence of postoperative gastroesophageal reflux is low.
