Abstract:Objective To explore clinical curative effect of laparoscopic gastric perforation repair on patients with gastric ulcer perforation and fungal infection. Methods Fifty patients with gastric ulcer perforation who were admitted to the hospital were enrolled. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,25 cases in each group. The control group was given open gastric perforation repair, while study group was given laparoscopic gastric perforation repair. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total response rate of clinical treatment in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(92.0% vs 68.0%)(P<0.05).The hospitalization time, operation time, gastrointestinal recovery time and first leaving bed time in study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(8.0% vs 36.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of laparoscopic gastric perforation repair is significant on patients with gastric ulcer perforation and fungal infection, which can significantly shorten operation time and hospitalization time, and promote early recovery of gastrointestinal function.
