Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of pizotifen combined with Yuntong Capsule on serum inflammatory factors and vascular substances in patients with low migraine.Methods 82 patients with migraine were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups and given different treatment schemes.The patients treated with pizotifen tablets were taken as the control group.Pizotifen tablets combined with Yuntongding capsules were used as the study group.After 6 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of serum inflammatory factors and vasoactive substances in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Serumhs-CRP,il-6,il-1β,Hcy,et-1 and B2（TXB2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The levels of 5- hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）,nitric oxide（NO）and dopamine（DA）were higher than those of the control（P<0.05）.Conclusion Pizotifen tablet combined with Yuntongding capsule can improve the therapeutic effect of migraine patients,Improve the level of inflammation and vasoactive substances.
