Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the number of abortions, reproductive tract infections and preterm premature rupture of membranes, and to analyze their influence on pregnancy outcome. Methods 57 patients with preterm preterm premature rupture of membranes(PPROM)in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and 55 patients with term premature rupture of membranes(TPROM)during the same period were selected as reference, and the patients were collected Relevant data, conduct univariate and multivariate analysis of PPROM,compare the pregnancy outcomes of PPROM patients and TPROM patients, including maternal outcomes(puerperal infection, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage)and neonatal outcomes(Agper score<7 points, newborn Asphyxia, neonatal infection). Results PPROM patients had more than one abortion and the incidence of reproductive tract infections were higher than those of TPROM patients(P<0.05);the number of abortions>1 time and genital tract infection are independent risk factors for PPROM(P<0.05);The incidence of neonatal Agper score<7,neonatal asphyxia, and neonatal infection in PPROM patients was higher than that of TPROM patients(P<0.05). Conclusion Frequent abortions and genital tract infections are important factors in the occurrence of PPROM,which can increase the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and infection, and affect the developmental status of newborns. This suggests that clinical attention should be paid to pregnant women with abortions>1 and genital tract infections.Check and understand the state of pregnancy, deal with any abnormalities in time, strengthen health education during pregnancy, maintain personal hygiene, prevent reproductive tract infections, and reduce the incidence of PPROM.
