AbstractObjective To investigate the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)combined with ulinastatin on inflammatory state and renal function in patients with acute septic shock. Methods Retrospective analysis,50 cases of acute septic shock patients were selected as the control group(CRRT treatment),and 48 cases of acute septic shock patients were selected as the observation group(CRRT combined with ulinastatin treatment). The inflammatory status and renal function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 3 days. Results After 3 days of treatment, white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups were compared The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor(TNF - α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 days of treatment, the levels of bun and SCR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion CRRT combined with ulinastatin can effectively remove inflammatory substances and improve renal function in patients with acute septic shock, which has high clinical application value.
