| Effect of Responsible Midwifery Combined With Free Body Intervention on the Time of Labor and Pain Index of Primitive Women |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of responsible midwifery combined with free body intervention on the labor time and pain index of primiparas,so as to take effective measures to promote smooth delivery.Methods A total of 80 primiparas who gave birth were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 40 cases.The control group used obstetric routine nursing and traditional delivery position,and the observation group used the intervention mode of responsible delivery combined with free position.The labor time and pain index were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than the control group.The visual analogue score（VAS）of the first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Responsible midwifery combined with free body intervention can effectively shorten the labor time of primiparas and reduce the pain index of labor,and the clinical application effect is significant.
