| Clinical Observation of FukeZhixueling Tablets Combined with Mifepristone and Mirena in the Treatment of Menopausal Functional Uterine Bleeding |

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of FukeZhixueling tablets combined with mifepristone and Mirena in the treatment of DUB. Methods A total of 90 DUB patients received treatment were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FukeZhixueling tablets combined with mifepristone;The observation group was treated with Mirena on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated with the drug for 1 month.Analyze and compare the levels of FSH,LH,and P values between the two groups;calculate the effective rate of clinical treatment and the proportion of adverse reactions. Results After treatment,the FSH,LH,and P values of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P<0.05）;the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 75.56%（P<0.05）;The adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 22.2% in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of DUB with Zhixueling tablets combined with mifepristone + Mirena can achieve better clinical effects and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
